–  responsible for keeping track of customer journeys,

– interacting with customers across channels and platforms.

-coordinating with all internal stakeholders such as product design or
development, sales, marketing, account management and so on.

Skills: Interactive, Good communication, Excellent use of Microsoft
office tools.
